Elena is looking for new studio in Vaughan. It will be outfitted with the latest STOTT PILATES professional equipment including Professional Reformer, Fitness Circles, Stability Ball, Flex-Band, Toning Balls, Foam Roller, Arc Barrel and more.

Free introductory session

If you want to experience the benefits of Pilates for yourself - you would be able to come for a free introductory private session at my studio

Bookings and cancelations

All sessions are booked by appointment. We request 24-hour notice to either cancel or reschedule your session. You will be billed if you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

About Elena

"Since I was a little girl, I always loved sports, dance and helping others. As a teenager, I started going to the gym regularly, where I always challenged myself by trying new classes.

However, when I went to university I did not exercise much because most of my day I spent studying behind my desk. At that point I started to feel a lot of discomfort and tension in my back. And one day I was lucky to discover Pilates classes. The Pilates method helped me strengthen my own body especially my lower back.

Pilates helped me one more time to get back in shape after my pregnancy. At that time I got so interested in Pilates that I quit my regular job as an investment specialist and enrolled in STOTT PILATES certification program to become a Pilates instructor.

After teaching at the STOTT PILATES studio at Yonge and Eglinton, Pilates has become my passion to inspire others to follow the technique. I thrive in on-going learning experience and challenges from Pilates, and love helping clients meet their mind-body fitness-goals. "
